Refund Policy

This policy describes how Miel Shop handles refunds when an order is cancelled, an item is returned in line with our Returns Policy, or payment cannot be completed as intended.

Payment failures and cancelled orders

If checkout does not complete successfully, you should not be charged. If a charge appears in error, contact support with your order or payment reference so we can investigate with our payment processor.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are initiated through our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within several business days after the refund is processed—often 5–10 business days, but timing may vary.

Partial refunds

Where only part of an order is refunded (e.g. one line item or a portion of shipping), the refunded amount will match what we confirm for that portion. Your order summary and communications may reflect partial refund status separately from the original total.

Charge disputes

If you open a payment dispute, resolution will follow the rules of your card network or bank. We encourage you to contact support first so we can resolve issues without unnecessary delays.
