Miel Shop ships physical orders using carriers and rates presented at checkout when available. Delivery estimates shown during checkout are indicative and are not guaranteed unless we explicitly state otherwise for your order.

Rates and service levels

Shipping options and prices depend on your address, package weight, and carrier availability. The rate you select at checkout (or the default we pre-select) is the price added to your order total before tax.

Processing time

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within our standard handling window once payment succeeds. High demand, inventory checks, or carrier pickups may add delay; we will communicate significant delays when we are aware of them.

Tracking

When a label is created, you may receive a tracking number or link by email and can view tracking from your account order detail when we expose it there.

Undeliverable or refused packages

If a shipment is returned because the address was incorrect, the package was refused, or delivery was not completed, we may contact you to arrange reshipment or cancellation as appropriate. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
