Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with purchases from Miel Shop. This policy outlines how returns work and how they interact with refunds (see our Refund Policy).

Eligibility

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging where reasonable, and with any tags intact unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Perishable or personalized goods may not be returnable—we will state exceptions on the product page or at checkout where applicable.

Return window

Unless otherwise noted at purchase, you may request a return within a reasonable period after delivery—commonly 30 days from delivery for eligible products. Contact support with your order number to receive return instructions and a return authorization if required.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), you may be responsible for return shipping costs. We will confirm who pays when we approve your return.

How to start a return

Email support from the footer with your order ID and the items you wish to return. We will reply with next steps and, where applicable, a return label or address.
